Beginning as This Girl Can Run The World, an opt-in editorial platform designed to celebrate women throughout their career journeys, the founder knew she had to develop something bigger than what the company currently offered. The focus was not only on meeting market demand but also on creating a platform that fully embodies the idea that "true empowerment only occurs when opportunity, visibility, and choice intersect." Post-pivot, I helped develop The Collective Rising (TCR) into a multi-revenue stream, subscription-based platform.
